1. Custom Work
Since most of our services involve custom fabrication and engineering work, returns are not applicable once the project has been completed as per agreed specifications.
2. Project Issues
If there is any defect or issue related to workmanship, clients must inform us within 7 days of project completion. We will inspect the issue and provide a suitable solution.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only in cases where:
- The project has not been started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Cancellation
Project cancellations must be made before work begins. Any material costs or work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.
